Terms of Service

1. What Atendica is

Atendica is an AI phone receptionist service. We provide software that answers calls, books appointments, and manages a CRM on your behalf. You connect a phone number; we route calls through our AI agent.

2. Account

You must be the legitimate owner or authorised representative of the business you register. You are responsible for the credentials you use and the activity on your account.

3. Trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day trial with 100 minutes of included AI call time. After the trial you choose a paid plan or your account is paused. We bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • No outbound robocalls, telemarketing, or harassment.
  • No attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice when possible.

5. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages (Google, Telnyx, Vercel) may cause downtime.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Greece. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens.
